What is Job Capacity Account service?
A Job Capacity Account service is a short term service such as pain management or work conditioning that will help you prepare for work.
When would you be referred to a Job Capacity Account service?
A Job Capacity Assessor has referred you to a Job Capacity Account service to help prepare you for work with a Job Network member.
You will see your Job Network member before you commence this service. Your Job Network member will take your participation into account when determining your activity test requirements.
How long will the Job Capacity Account service go for?
The duration of the service will depend on the type of service. Usually you will have several appointments over a 13 week period.
What happens if I can’t attend or miss an appointment?
If you cannot attend one of your appointments with the Job Capacity Account service you should advise the provider as soon as possible so that they can attempt to reschedule your appointment.
If you do not attend more than one of your appointments with the service, your Job Network member will be notified and your participation in the Job Capacity Account service will be discontinued.

For more information on your Job Capacity Account service referral please contact your Job Capacity Assessment provider who referred you to this service.
